Gravix (Prototype 1.0)
A downloadable gravix for Windows
PROTOTYPE VERSION - DEVELOPER TEST MAP
This is an early playable prototype showcasing the core mechanics of an upcoming first-person physics puzzle game inspired by Portal and Half-Life
WHAT IS THIS?
This build contains a developer test map designed to demonstrate and test the game's three primary mechanics. It is not a story level or a demo of the final game. Think of it as a technical proof-of-concept
CORE MECHANICS
Gravity Switching
Rotate your personal gravity to walk on walls and ceilings. Navigate complex spaces by changing your orientation relative to any surface
Energy Spheres (Attraction)
Deploy gravitational fields that pull objects toward a central point. Use these fields to manipulate the environment and solve physics-based puzzles
Impulse Spheres (Repulsion)
Create explosive gravity bursts that push objects away. Combine with attraction fields for advanced physics interactions
ADDITIONAL SYSTEMS
- Advanced object grabbing and manipulation
- Interaction system for buttons, levers, and mechanisms
- Realistic physics simulation including water, cables, glass, ice, and cloth
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a bare-bones prototype focused purely on mechanics testing. Graphics are placeholder assets. There is no story, no polish, and bugs are expected. The purpose of this release is to gather feedback on core gameplay systems
The test map includes isolated sections for each mechanic, physics demonstrations, and stress tests
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Windows 10/11
- 4GB RAM minimum
- GTX 1050 or equivalent
- 100MB available space
FEEDBACK
Your feedback is critical for development. After playing, please fill out the feedback form linked below. Focus on mechanics, controls, and technical performance rather than visuals or story
This test map will remain accessible via developer console in the final release
Thank you for testing!
